A: Documents required for Deemed Category Candidates:

| 3. | Allotment Letter issued by AACCC |
| 4. | 12th Mark Statement |
| 5. | School Leaving / Transfer Certificate / Migration |
| 6. | Proof of Date of Birth (10th Passing Certificate / Birth Certificate) |
| 7. | Proof of Identity (Self Attested Photocopy of Aadhar Card / Voter Card / PAN Card / Driving License) |
| 8. | Proof of Address (Self Attested Photocopy of Domicile Certificate / Passport of the Candidate) |
| 9. | Physical / Medical Fitness Certificate issued from registered medical Practitioner in prescribed format (See annexure- 1 format) (See Annexure 1 for Format ) |
| 10. | Passport size Photographs (6 copies) |
| 11. | Account Payee Cheques (Security Cheques for Educational fees of future academic years) |
| 12. | Self-Attested Photocopy of Caste Certificate /Non Creamy Layer/ Disability Certificate (if applicable) |
B: Additional Documents required for Jain Minority Candidates:
| 1. | Jain Minority Certificate issued by Competent Government Authority
(The candidate who DO NOT have the “Jain Minority Certificate issued by Competent Government Authority” will have to submit the Affidavit Executed before the EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATE, on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100, stating that the Religion of the Candidate is JAIN) |
