SUMANDEEP AYURVED MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL (SAMCH), Piparia, Vadodara, 391760, is a constituent institute of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth – a Deemed to be University Sumandeep Vidyapeeth is an institution deemed to be university notified by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India vide notification No. F.9-46/2004-U.3 of the GOI, New Delhi and u/s 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 vide UGC Notification No. F.No.6-1-6/2004 (CPP-1) dated 3rd March, 2007.
The SUMANDEEP AYURVED MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL (SAMCH) is a new and ambitious endeavour to establish a premier institute in the field of Ayurved education in India. The attached Sumandeep Ayurved Hospital was established on the 2nd of July, 2018 and serves as a teaching hospital and premier patient-care centre. Sumandeep Ayurved College got its first permission on the 13th of December, 2022, with 100 seats in the Undergraduates course under section 29 of NCISM Act, 2020 from the academic session 2022-23-reg.
SAMCH has state-of-the-art facilities on the sprawling green campus of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth in Vadodara. The campus contains several amenities, including an Herbal Garden, Library, Laboratories, Computer Library, Gardens, Canteen with mess service, Cafés, accommodation facilities, and ample parking for staff and students.
The college section is located amidst beautiful green surroundings and a central garden in the middle of the structure. It has top-notch classrooms, a library, common rooms, staff rooms, and the college admin offices. The SVDU additionally houses excellent sports and recreational centres, a cricket ground, an auditorium, and even a temple. Sumandeep Vidyapeeth also provides transport facility services for staff and students.
